Why Scoutbook?

Records maintained by Troop 125 are currently available only to a handful adult leaders.  More importantly, parents do not have access to any information related to their Scout - event registrations, payments, and probably most importantly, advancement.

With the adoption of Scoutbook, we hope to change that.  A parent will need a Scoutbook account, and will be provided complete access to their son's records.

• • You will not only be able to see his advancement records, but even update the records.  The records will need to be verified by the Advancement Coordinator though.

  • You will be able to see how much balance your son's prepaid account has.

  • The ASMs will simply need to confirm the updates made by the parent as against entering the records

  • Adult leaders will be able to create reports that are currently created manually
