• • Summer Camp T-Shirt is different from Troop Class B T-Shirt

  • Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received

  • You can mail checks or we will make arrangements for Safe check collections

  • Sorry no refunds. We might have scouts in waiting list to help you out if you change your mind.

  • If camp is cancelled by Council then Troop will get full refund and same will be returned to scouts.

• You will need Class B T-Shirts and Hat

• We will have Summer Camp Orientation Meeting(s) in coming weeks

Available Registration count:

• Scouts: 25

• Adults: 3

Cost: ~$709 (Estimated) (Breakdown as below)

• Camp: $685 (Early Bird, $715 after 3/30, Webelos bridging have early bird pricing until 05/25/23) 

• Transportation: $0 (No public transport in 2023. Carpool allowed.)

• Camp T-Shirt: $24

• Spending money @camp: We recommend @ $5 per day/$30 total for week. Up to each scout how much they want to bring. There would be additional costs for any shooting, horseback trail rides as well. Those costs will be in the parents guide.

  • Firearms permission form

  • Dietary restrictions

• Medical form Part C:

  • Form location, instructions and checklists are here. Please read carefully. Many things are missed and add to your own work

  • Part C needs doctor's appointment

  • Part C should be valid through duration of camp
